Wir freuen uns, die Übernahme des ITANCIA-Distributionsgeschäfts in Deutschland durch die ITAS AG bekannt zu geben. Seit Oktober wird ITANCIA S.A.S. in Deutschland nicht mehr für den Vertrieb von Lösungen wie Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Jabra, Poly, Gigaset usw. tätig sein.

ITANCIA hat beschlossen, seine Ressourcen strategisch auf die Region Südeuropa zu konzentrieren, wo es eine stärkere Präsenz hat.

Um die Kontinuität des bestehenden Geschäfts, die Partnerschaft mit Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in Deutschland und darüber hinaus das Vertrauen, das Sie uns entgegengebracht haben, zu gewährleisten, haben wir uns entschlossen, eine Übernahme durch eine andere Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise VAD anzustreben, die Ihnen eine breitere Palette von Dienstleistungen anbieten würde.

Die ITAS AG teilt die gleichen Werte wie wir und verfügt bereits über fundierte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen mit Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise-Lösungen. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass die ITAS AG der richtige Partner sein wird, um Sie auch in Zukunft zu unterstützen.

Ab dem 1. Oktober 2022 ist die ITAS AG Ihr alleiniger Ansprechpartner und kümmert sich künftig um alle Ihre Anforderungen.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of ITANCIA distribution business in Germany by ITAS AG. Since October onwards ITANCIA S.A.S. will no longer operate in Germany for the distribution of any solutions of its local brands such as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Jabra, Poly, Gigaset etc.

ITANCIA has decided to strategically focus its resources on the South Europe Region where it has a stronger footprint.

In order to ensure continuity to the existing business, the partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in Germany and moreover the trust that you have given to us, we have decided to seek for an acquisition by another Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise VAD that would provide you a wider array of services.

ITAS AG shares the same values we do and already have strong skills and experience with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise solutions. We are confident that ITAS AG will be the right Partner to support you in the future.

This acquisition of ITANCIA Germany Distribution business by ITAS AG means that all your active contracts and CPU’s will be transferred from Itancia to ITAS AG including all active SDR’s. From October 1st, 2022, ITAS AG will become your sole point of contact, taking care of all your requirements in the future.
